Legit Website for sale that makes money not some startup. This is a 16 year old business with an aged website that brings in revenue. The age of the site, and the obscurity of the name lets clients feel aok going to it : )Transfer will be handled by my Hosting Company it will require and email back and forth between us after sale that's why 10 days sometimes it takes. GTCLLC.us I would NOT change hosting if I were you as NON transfered domains get more traffic I have done zippo with this site but at it always makes nearly a $1000 a year so a 3x valuation would fairly be $3000 I feel like going on vacation I am older. The price is FIRM as it is making $$$ already. Put links on twitter, FB etc., the site is url friendly and I did minimal seo when making the basic page. IF you put a blog on the very old domain, you will increase and if you promote I have done no work on this very basic domain.
